Hi, I’m Stephanie Marie—an Empowerment + Efficiency Coach and the heart behind Elevate With Stephanie.

I didn’t always know I’d become a coach. But I’ve always been someone people turned to for clarity, encouragement, and real-life strategy. Even as a young girl, I noticed how much people trusted my advice—and how fulfilled I felt watching them grow from it.

Over time, that calling deepened. I served as Chief Operating Officer at a local nonprofit during the pandemic, where I found myself constantly offering feedback on systems, structure, and leadership. My grandmother used to tell me, “You need to start your own business.” And one day—I listened.

I took intentional time away to reflect, grieve, and ground myself in purpose. I realized that I didn’t want to choose between being nurturing and being strategic—I was always meant to be both. That’s where Elevate With Stephanie was born.

My coaching blends emotional empowerment with real-life structure. I’m here for the women who are navigating transitions, burnout, or growth and are ready to elevate—not through perfection, but through clarity, confidence, and soulful systems that support who they truly are.

I’ve walked through grief, uncertainty, and deep transformation—and I’ve learned to fight back with love, purpose, and faith. I’m here to help you do the same. My approach is warm, intuitive, and structured. It flows like a conversation, but it’s rooted in strategy.
